3rd Annual Galesburg Jaycees Railroad Days Rib Cook-Off

Come join Winky, George, Leroy and the rest of the Galesburg Jaycees as they once again cook up some great ribs in downtown Galesburg! The public is welcome to enter and the entry fee is only $100! The ribs will be cooked the day of the event, judged by an independent panel and then served to the public at $1 a rib! Come early, these ribs ALWAYS go fast!

1st, 2nd, 3rd and People's Choice awards will be given the day of the event!
